Claudia Afghan | Crochet Pattern | Design in Progress

 Here are a few samples of a design that is just about ready for testing!

It's named the "Claudia Afghan" after my sweet virtual crochet friend @crochetaladia 
who has been instrumental in testing and making so many of my patterns and 
most importantly keeping me motivated!

These were made with Scheepjes Stone Washed yarn and will include a couple of colorway options.

Granny Rose Heart Pillow | Crochet Pattern

Leilani Blanket | Crochet Pattern | Brights with Black Option

An alternative colorway for the Leilani Afghan!

 This is it!

What a difference different colors make, huh?

 

Large black pompoms were added to the corners:

This is a warm and cozy blanket made from two strands of dk weight yarn.

I used Scheepjes Colour Crafter and Stylecraft Special DK, but any yarn can be used. 

 If using worsted or chunky weight yarn, then only one strand is needed, 

but a variegated yarn added would result in a similar effect. 😁

The pattern includes 13 pages of step-by-step instructions with many photos like this:

It also includes a one-page "abbreviated" version for printing or the more experienced crocheter.

The special stitches are a BPDC (Back Post Double Crochet) and FPDC (Front Post Double Crochet).

This pattern is perfect for a beginner.

I am so excited to release the 

Leilani Afghan/Blanket Crochet Pattern!!!

This one had been in the works since October 2022.
It was a Christmas gift for my stepdaughter, Leilani.

She chose the colors and guided me to a blanket that was featured in her

favorite series (Virgin River) for design inspiration.
