Back to Pink Roses

Can't seem to stop making pillows with pink roses:

This is a variation of the Farmhouse Rose Afghan Pattern
found by clicking here.

With these changes:

Two strands of Stylecraft Special DK in:
Fondant
Bright Pink
Green
Bottle
White
The rose, leaf and first granny rose colors were flip flopped.

A couple of plain granny squares were made and joined to
the rose granny squares with a sc join.

Then granny rows around the entire square until it was the desired size.

The edges were brought together with a sc join
and a rose was placed where they all join.

A finished crochet project always deserves roses...
and lots of love!

Stick around as I'm working on a free pattern that I think you are going to love!

and as always,

  1. Another fun version, Astri! I love how some of the stitches look exactly like rick-rack, on the corners and where you join at the back, thanks to two rows in the same colour!
I can't wait to see what you do next! Have a lovely weekend!
