Finished an afghan to coordinate with...
...this beautiful print by Elizabeth Langreiter.
It's called Little Red Norwegian Houses and I love it!
(Purchased from www.fineartamerica.com and framed by JoAnns)
Pulled out my Stylecraft Special DK yarn colors to match,
which included:
Aster
Robins Egg
Cloud Blue
Storm Blue
Cypress
Sage
Green
Kelly Green
Spice
Fondant
Lipstick
Claret
Turquoise
Sherbet
And lots of white
(the photo includes black but I left that out)
The border was crochet in:
Cloud Blue
Pattern is called "Boho Chic Blanket"
and can be found at Crochet Between Worlds
and by clicking here.

(Including many driving hours back and forth to and from Stjernedal.)

ReplyDeleteIt looks fabulous on that white lounge chair - the colours match well with the picture too! I love the little daisy afghan - the flowers are not unlike the blocks I'm currently making, but I'm doing the blocks in single colours. I smile everytime I look at my clock with the purple flowers my friend!
