I CAN relax in spite of school starting up again.
I've been taking long naps...very long.
This week I CAN take 15 minute power naps.
I will set the timer on the stove so that I have to get up to turn it off. ;-)

So here's this morning result:

Down .4
My exercise routine is still on track.
Last week looked like this:
M, W, SA: 15 minute EXTREME weight work-out.
TH: 1 hour walk with a good friend.
(I'm finding that combining social activities with exercise, is a good way to go, for me.)
F: Yoga class called "Stiffer Bodies" with Little Bug and the NVO.
SU: Walking with intermittent 30 second bursts of jogging with the NVO.
Here are today's charts:
I report the following:
Starting to trend down again...although just a touch, it's the right direction.

YOU CANDO IT!
Hello ..... You are doing fine! It is difficult, but we will not quit, we will continue on, and be better for it, all around! I, too, have had a lot of temptation in the past couple of weeks, and have gained 2 lbs. back, it am afraid. But it's ok. I am still holding on to my good habits, and working them in as often as possible. As far as activity goes, I am not an overly active person, but I will start walking again, today! Even if I only walk three or four times a week, it is exercise! So keep on keepin' on! Hugs! xxoo. JO
