Breakfast for My Champion

A delectable combination that Little Bug (#6)
introduced to us last Mother's Day:
Strawberries, clementines and fresh mint from the garden.

Served with Norwegian Pancakes:
Made with 4 eggs, almond meal and almond milk and
a little sprinkle of sea salt and "sun crystals".
Cooked in coconut oil...didn't even miss the butter,
although clarified butter would have been good too. ;-)

For my man that can figure out how to fix anything,
including the window that would not roll up. :-)
He truly is a champion!

  6. Looks delicious. I've been using coconut oil a lot more lately. I got to get off the butter and margarine.
