I am weak.
Uncontrollable stash enhancing purchases:
"Syttende Mai"
Worth the delightful afternoon trip, with a friend, to a yarn shop in a nearby city, though. ;-)

I wouldn't be able to control myself either - I love that pretty pastel yarn at the top. :)
ReplyDeleteGoodness that variegated yarn is beautiful! Can't wait to see how it hooks up. Personally I believe a stash is for life and not just for Christmas so feel no guilt, Astri! E x
ReplyDeleteTruly uncontrollable yarn!:)
ReplyDeleteOooooooh - looking at the lovely candy striped yarn - hold on - yep definitely some more oooooh! Jane x
ReplyDeleteYou can't live on stash busting alone - that would just be silly now wouldn't it and anyway where would you next lot of stash busting come from without new purchases! Love the first one but I am a sucker for Patons Smoothie.

Yeah! I love that you are a sucker for the Patons!
DeleteAs long as you get it home quickly and add it to the rest of your stash.....all is well;-)

ReplyDeleteI adjusted it a little, perhaps you can see it better now Domi?
DeleteNot very much, they are so pretty, I can't seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :(
DeleteLove love love the Superwash Paints!! Very pretty! I needed to see some pretty today since looking outside I only see bleak snowfall... and it's April for Heaven sake!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Spring Astri,
ReplyDeleteIsn't stash enhancing fun... VBG That cascade yarn looks sooooooooooooooo very glorious and in all of my favorite colors. Any plans for this lovely yarn?? Hugs Judy
Love the new yarn. But, I really really love the first one.
ReplyDeleteLinda
Such lovely yarn; I can certainly understand the weakness!! Will be curious to see what it becomes.
ReplyDeleteWhew, I feel much better about the stash enhancement now! Thank you all for your support, you all make me laugh. :-D
ReplyDeleteha-ha! I see your weakness resulted in purchases. When I went to the yarn store, I couldn't find what I wanted, and though I could have bought many other types of yarns, I resisted and walked away empty-handed. Of course, if I were visiting a yarn shop with a friend in a different town (or country), then that would be a different story and I would be required to buy something. :) Happy crocheting! Tammy
ReplyDeleteOooh, just love the first yarn ... How could anyone resist? Happy hooking! Emma
ReplyDeleteOh, I love the yarn colors.
ReplyDeleteI love Patons Grace ... such a smooth yarn and works up into soft but sturdy projects. And the Cascade Paints is gorgeous. Enjoy! :)
