Yeah, I don't know about Paleo beignets...might not be so good. These had about an inch of powdered sugar on them; couldn't breath out, couldn't breath in.

Aw, yes...the muffaletta...there's nothing like the muffaletta. We did not make it to The Commander's Palace (at least I don't think so) but we did make it to the Palace Cafe. :-)
