We enjoyed coffee together often...now she is in London. :-) for her, :-( for me.

Added to my morning coffee was a dollop of frozen heavy whipped cream sweetened with xylitol and flavored with real vanilla extract. An idea from my friend, K. (My low-carb buddy)
