My Norway - Day 3 - Fartsdempere og Fartsgrensen

This is the NVO's favorite Norwegian sign.
He laughs and laughs when he says "fartsdempere"- he is still a little kid at heart.

This is my favorite sign. I am perplexed and curious.
Must I drive less than or equal to 59 and greater than or equal to 61
BUT never, ever, ever 60?
